Beginning in 2025, a fee of $83.60 will be added to the outstanding dues for any delinquent address once an assessment lien has been filed. This fee covers the following costs: 

• $18 for filing the assessment lien.
• $18 for filing the assessment lien release after the dues have been paid.
• $47.60 ($.70 per mile x 34 miles round trip) for two round trips to the Canadian County Courthouse to file the assessment lien and its release.
