Starting in 2024, once an assessment lien has been filed, there will be an $81.56 fee added on top of the dues amount for the delinquent address. The $81.56 fee covers the following costs:

• $18 to file the assessment lien.
• $18 to file the assessment lien release once the dues have been paid.
• $45.56 ($.67/mile X 34 miles round trip) for two round trips to the Canadian County Courthouse for filing of the assessment lien and assessment lien release.
